What a great ride wasn't it. I was SO looking forward to it and meeting everyone and now I'm so bummed its over. It truely was a GREAT week!

- I am SOOOO excited!!!!!! I had a great riding weekend last weekend, 150 miles. I rode Monday with Mike Kennard, 3 year veteran of the NEMSBR. He says I'm ready! Yeh! More rain for this weekend but hopefully will do 100 miles or so if the showers hold off. Still lifting weights & do some core stuff. How bout you?
