Interesting facts about you: I have been involved in EMS for over 30 years as a volunteer and paid EMS professional working through the ranks as an EMT and attaining my Paramedic and later my RN with Experience in administration and education and EMS in hospital based, suburban and rural and volunteer EMS. Through out the years we have gained experience in grant writing so support the services I have worked with.

I have over 30 years of experience in providing education to pre-hospital and hospital providers on EMS and WMD topics through out the region and have been a frequent guest speaker.

I have been active in the Oklahoma EMT Association and have served as the President on 3 occasions and have served as the EMS Conference Coordinator for 20 years

I have also been active with the Oklahoma Ambulance Association serving as the Central Regional Representative and Secretary.

I have served on Governor Brad Henry’s Governors EMS Readiness Task Force which focused on ways to preserve EMS services especially in the rural areas and have been active in promoting legislation to promote and preserve EMS

I have also participated with the NAEMT and served on the Board of Governors and have been a long time member.
