When I promoted to P-Med in 1997, they were so hard up, my academy lasted 4 days, I did 7 shifts with Conrad as my instructor, then BAM...on my own. The baby is doing fine. He's already getting so big and changing right before my eyes. Hope things are going well for you. See you soon.
