Skillet Cauliflower and Ham Recipe:Ingredients:2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 small clove garlic, minced2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, minced1 head cauliflower, in florets, halved1 bunch green onions, sliced1 1/2 cups cooked ham, coarsely chopped3/4 cup chicken broth1 tablespoon cornstarchdash salt, to taste2 teaspoons soy saucePreparation:Saute garlic and ginger in a large skillet. OH NO!!!
Due to the inclement weather we just received, the heifers have been effected greatly by the snow this past weekend. We need more people to help participate and get them off of the snowy farm. They have no room to move around, they have no grass to eat, and they have frost bite on their kankles. Please help!
