It sounds like things are going well. Congrats on the being a grand mother. That is wonderful. My oldest just moved out this past Saturday. Things are busy for us. Both myself and Kris volunteer with the local fire department. We run the explorer program for the teenagers. None of the full time personnel wanted to run it. This is a lot of fun. Well, Ron is 18, Renee is 14 and Karry is 12. We also have custody of our neice. She is 18. She has lived with us for the last 3 years. Kris home schools them all. Ron graduated last May and is going to the Tech to be a diesel mechanic. If you ever want to come visit, we have plenty of room. You could probably ride along too. We run about 60,000 calls a year.

Thanks. And yes the more work the happier the dogs are. But I love it. Wow, and my husband thinks I love animals! It's nice to hear from a fellow EMS and animal person. Do they all get along?

Lyn, Great to hear from you. Thank you for the kind words. How are things with you? You are on Amherst now. Is Brian Gleason still the director? Things are good down here in SC.
