- I have a particular interest in continuing education, criticial care medicine, and wilderness medicine. When not at "work," I contribute to texbooks for Mosby-Jems and Brady Books, and develop content for rapidce.com. I first got into EMS in upstate New York volunteering then working in Utica. After college I moved back to WI and spent 3 years in Milwaukee before getting into HEMS. I love educating students both in the classroom and in the field. I also have tried had to move beyond the "constantly complaining" stage and try to focus my energies on helping identifying solutions and promoting change in the industry.
In my free time I teach wilderness medical courses for Wilderness Medical Associates

- Thanks Kevin - during the next two weeks I am testing / implementing a new self-paced eLearning system. Using Articulate as the basic platform. In the past we have done 100% of our own programming (365 Safety AMRM). It works extremely well and we can do infinite customization - but - I do not write code so I am trying Articulate as another platform to support our proprietary system.
Let me know some days/times this week and next you may have open. I can show you 365 Safety AMRM. We are looking for some content creators for this as my time is now more focused on getting our content/systems to market and monetized. And for other new ventures we are launching we can use some entrepreneurial educators that prefer a % of revenue vs. hourly pay/fees. In the beginning - however - this is all testing so that we can sense demand.

It will most likely either be a POD or a small publisher as it is nearly impossible to get any of the large publishers to even look at you unless you a name recognition.

to see the service and your helo? I usually visit my relatives in Marshfield
in the summer. I have flown with Air One ( Onondaga County Sheriff Department) and currently fly part time for the NYSP 1H16 out of Syracuse.
