Question for reserve combat medics.

As a medic in the reserves, as well as a civilian EMT-I and nurse, I often wish I had the flexibility and autonomy at my civilian job as I do in the military. What procedures, tool, gear, protocols, etc, would you like to carry over into your civilian job?. I would love to see Hextend and crich kits, as well as more aggresive use of tourniquets to control severe bleeding. I could go on but I will stop there.See More
