Happy you threw the door open to other comments. Actually, CECBEMS is VERY interested in the end user. The CECBEMS board of directors have made it quite clear that the most important part of our mission is to see that EMS professionals have a high quality CE experience and receive appropriate credit. We see our organization as an important resource for the EMS community, but it's your perceptions that count. Please feel free to share your thoughts.

Thanks for the invitation. I need to clarify that I am not a medic. I am the Executive Director of CECBEMS, the accrediting agency for EMS CE. Before you let yourself be too impressed by the title, you should know that I am also the file clerk and I sweep up when needed.

I would like to hear comments about CE from Texas medics. What do you consider a good continuing education experience, how does CE help you do your job, that sort of thing, in addition to any other information you think might help me understand what it is like to be out there delivering care in the EMS arena.
