Help and support from fellow WA state fire and ems personnel
Hey guys!!
My name is Tamie and I work for Milton Fire Dept here in WA state! I will be participating in the 2009 EMS Memorial Bike Ride in May. It's a 650 mile bike ride over the space of 7 days from NYC to Roanoke Virginia to honor all EMS LODD. There is a big memorial on Sat the 23rd at the EMS Memorial Tree in Roanoke. Up until this year that has not been a single rider from WA state or the entire West Coast for that matter. I am the first registered rider to take on this journey.
I need help with donations and sponsorships. Instead of going into it all here, I will direct you to my blog page about it which details out the ride, the reasons I am riding, who I am riding in honor of and how to go about donating.
SO if any of you have connections and can pass along the word, or would consider donating I would be very appreciative!
