As one of the Glasgow EMTs, I would like to thank the Williston Ambulance Service for taking the time to cover Glasgow's Emergency Call on 1/24/09 so that we all may attend the funeral of our fallen co-worker. Your support has been greatly appreciated. Thanks form the bottom of my heart.

Over the past several years, we have witnessed impressive leaps in EMS technology. For us old timers (Roy & Johnny) would be proud. Yet there are many career challenges ahead. To find success in your EMS career and attack these challenges head-on I try to follow these simple rules. (1) Believe in yourself, you are your most valuable assets. (2) Set goals and keep working toward achieving those goals. (3) Continuing education is the life blood of EMS. (4) Treat every patient as you would have your loved ones treated. (5) Never go against your own ethics. (MB)
