Yes - I'm sure you met so many people there but yes, I spoke with you after your presentation and also with Dave Long - I will be traveling with them to NYC.

Welcome Troy. Did you attend the Bismark EMS conference?

Are the routes available yet? I just got a new GPS with enough memory to store the entire route and I would like to get started entering it into Mapsource. Is it going to be posted on MapMyRide again? Thanks!

I did 20 miles yesterday on the bike (outside) and 37.5 today. I really tried for an even 40 but I was feeling it...the last 3 miles of today were the longest of the entire ride!! But I do feel good about it. WA state finally had sun today for the first time in a long time!!

Just looked at the "Burpee" video on the muddyangels site...we used to call those "8-count-push-ups" in the Marines..they do wonders...they will wear you out for sure :-)

Shane, glad to hear that my 12oz curls and couch potato work out will help me on the ride and all this time I thought I was doing something wrong. Well tomorrow looks like it's not going to rain so I'll be pedaling and getting more comfortable on my bike. This sounds like a fun group of people. Can't wait to meet you all in NY. Take care and be safe.
