The South Carolina Bike Ride started today.  Please keep this group of riders in your "safety" prayers.

East Coast and KY Ride starts in 31 days - we have 90 participants ready to ride (71)and or support (19) our EMS Week events.  And they come from 22 states (no particular order) - NY, MA, NH, PA, ME, FL, TX, DE, NC, WI, VA, CA, CT, NV, MD, CO, NJ, SC, IA, MN, WA, and MT.  We are always looking for continued support and additional riders.  The goal has always been to have a rider/support from each state!

If you have not paid your registration fees, please make an effort to get that done.  Thank you.

There is a book called 29 Gifts  by Cami Walker - everyday for 29 days she did something for another and it changed her life.  We ride/support for 7 days and it changes our lives and the survivors of those we ride for....I will try and post, day-by-day the 29 Gifts Cami gave - see if you can do the same in preparation for our event - do it for yourself.  It won't cost you money :)  The first one is to make a phone call to a friend you haven't talked to in a long time and just say "hi."

Pedal, Pedal, Pedal.

Jennifer

Tony...I don't see any reason why the bike can't stay on the truck. Take care!

Hey everyone I'm getting excited as we get closer to the ride and can't wait for the experience, yes I'm the newbie. I have my rooms so anyone looking to share from the 14th-19th let me know. Keep pedaling and get the legs and butt in shape. :-)

Tony,

We are just about 80.  I will have to check on the bike situation.

FYI - for some reason I am not getting automated emails from this site, so if I don't get back to folks - shoot me a regular email at usd2bfn@yahoo.com

Hi Jen,

How many Muddy Angels are signed up now?

I've signed up to Bike from Boston to NYC, then fly back to NH, work till Saturday, fly back down on Saturday afternoon for the Ceremony and fly back to NH on Sunday.

I hope I can keep my Bike on the truck until it returns to Boston. Is that possible?

Be Safe,

  Tony
