Hello, I am not a medic but may have a new techology that may help you out with cervical injuries. I have a new techology that splints the cervical spine and immobilizes the cervical spine. This new device allows you to splint the cervical spine in any position without improvizing in the field. This new techology has been approved and used by the Navy Seals here in United States.
