Patient extraction from tight rooms, small stair case, no elevator

Wondering what most departments are currently using for extracting patients from tight rooms with narrow stairs and no elevators?

Found this EXtretcher and wondered if anyone has used it or have opinions on it

ok i want to know
We use a stairchair if needed, a backboard, and LOTS of help from area first responders, police and firemen! Many hands make light work.
stair chair ... and if I need to maintian spine  I use the KED and the stairchair
Have you considered dynamite?  No seirously over my year of experances I have come to love the Reeves sleeve. It stiff enough to bear the weigh but flexilbe enough to allow some bending . Has handles on end and sides and straps built in to it as well. I have even laid the patient on the stairs and just slide them down . I cant say enough good things about the Reeves. Works great as a sled in snow as well with a couple of straps as pulls .
Thanks for all of the discussion on this topic. We deal with a lot of small, difficult spaces in our service area; you've given me a lot of great ideas for re-thinking my patient extraction decisions.

I love the reeves too. I know some people rarely use it but I love it. I do routine transport sometimes and it works greaty for getting someon back up steps too much better than stair chair in some cases.  I use it all the time. Ive used it like a sled down steps as well. I also have slid it down hills so i can worry about my footing ( if its grass).

Anyone seen or used this product?

Extretcher

Never seen one, but an impressive video and looks like a great addition to ambulance inventory. I will send the video to our squad. Would love to have one for our rigs. Have YOU seen/ used it?
