I wish everyone involved with EMS would contact their Politician to support the Dale Long Emergency Medical Service Providers Protection Act this is for YOUR PROTECTION AND YOUR FAMILIES.
The Dake Long Bill S. 385 is supported by Senator Patrick Leahy. This Bill would cover EMS under the Public Safety Officers Fund. This means EMS personnel of a hospital or private company under contract with a municipality or responding on a mutual aid agreement or called by the municipality for assistance if injured would be initialed to these benefits.
