Permalink Reply by Lyn on February 4, 2009 at 2:21pm Lyn, what you are doing is awesome. Natural is definitely better, just be cautious of the heal all foods/fruits. Try to blend a mixture of greens and fruits to give your body a more potent anti-oxidant boost.
There are a ton of great exercises you can do in uniform for both lower and upper body. Not to shamelessly self promote but.....the Fit Responder book and Blog are just that, a program you can do while on duty (among a lot of other fitness and wellness tips).
